Do you access your account on-line?

I am trying to access my account online with Barclays bank. When I try to register it brings an error message informing me that my details are not correct when they are.. Has anyone experienced this? How do you register an account with Barclays that has an joint account? I have been told that this is not possible which I find outragious. There are so many people with joint accounts.

If its a joint account then it wont let you, it has to be both of you to ok it. In case your partner doesnt want it. Its the same if you want to close the account, both of you have to close it together. I still have a joint account that I cant close as I dont know where my ex is.

Is there a way to access the Mormon genealogy libraries on line?

http://www.familysearch.org is the Mormon genealogy site. It’s free to use; they have added a new search pilot where you can narrow your searches down; they have the Social Security Death Index; the censuses of 1880-81 from the US, Canada & UK; and not to mention countries from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. Be aware of multiple listings for the same person, however–some have
parents/spouses mentioned, marriage dates/places, christening dates/places, etc. while others do not.
They also do NOT try to convert you.

Is there an on-line site to access old SAT scores?

Posted on November 15th, 2009 by admin in on-line access | 2 Comments »

College Board: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/scores.html
Depending on just how old you’re talking about. If you have an account with College Board, you can log in and see recent test scores. If you don’t already have one, I think when you create an account you can give them your ID info and they should be able to retrieve your scores. If "old" means longer than, say, four or five years ago, you’ll have to request the scores out of archive, and you can get them by mail for a fee.

I need to restore passwords for accounts that I can access on line, ie school, utilities, etc.?

Posted on November 12th, 2009 by admin in on-line access | 1 Comment »

Going into IE>Tools>Security isn’t working for those accounts. My computer is in my home and no one has access to it but me. It’s for my convience and I would like to not have to enter the password and user I.D. every time I access the site. Is there something I need to select to make the computer remember the I.D. I have been able to get IE to ask if I want it to remember the password, but I have not been able to get the computer to remember the I.D/user name. Can someone who’s not trying to pass judgement and not trying to get me to use some other kind of softwarem, help me….please.

I know it’s not gonna be what you want to hear, but some web sites are just setup so you cant store your login with Internet explorer..

You could use Roboform, it can save about everything. . It’s free until you store more than 10 or 20 passwords, so if your worried about 1 web site, you’re good.
