Personally, I believe wireless internet is the best. No land line, no dish hanging off the bldg, not as expensive as cable but just as fast. It works off a nearby tower.

Bulldog can provide you with a new landline for £99 (just in case)
There is Vodafone and Tmobile at the moment providing Wifi.
You must take a 18/12 months contract which costs around £26-£35 a month. One thing the connection speed is not worth of talking about!
