A limb fell and damaged my privacy fence. My neighbor will not allow access for me to make repairs. What remedy will work?

I need to be on both sides to make the repairs, for nailing and material handling.

It is rental property, and both properties are owned by the same person.
It is MY fence. I erected it. The landlord has no responsibility there. I just need to get access to make the repairs.
If the remaining standing fence (its leaning now) falls and damages something on their side and there are exposed nails on the other side. I cant be held responsible can I if someone gets hurt on the other side as long as they are denying access?

Oh dear, I wonder what the neighbour has to hide. Get in touch with the landlord, he has the right to give you permission. He/she may have to give them 24-48 hours notice of the repair time, so just be ready to start when they say you can. This is ridiculous, like I said before they are hiding something

We made sure that the line is there ready to be connected but if the students want to connect it they do it themselves. You usually find the local cable companies have special deals on for students ( I know ours have in Wales) to help them do all this economically. You could provide a wireless router if you want but the you’d be liable for any repairs/misuse. We’ve not had a problem-they’re around £50 and the students have so far always provided their own (between 4 of them it’s not a huge expenditure).

No sir, unfortunately it does not. With the Xbox 360, it also has wireless online play, so if you have access to a wireless network (yours or a neighbor’s!) you can purchase the wireless adapter for the 360 and play that way.

A limb fell and damaged my privacy fence. My neighbor will not allow access for me to make repairs. What remedy will work?

I need to be on both sides to make the repairs, for nailing and material handling.

It is rental property, and both properties are owned by the same person. The landlord has not responsibility as it is MY fence. I erected it. They told the landlord that I do not need to be on their side as it is nailed from my side. That is not true. It is nailed from their side and from my side.
I need to get access to make the repairs, for nailing and material handling.
Also, I need to know:
The remaining standing fence (its leaning now) could fall and damage something on their side, also there are exposed nails on the other side. Can I be held responsible if it falls and damages something or if someone gets hurt on the other side as long as they are denying access?

you are a renter and you erected fence?the landlord owns the property,so you really only have the right to live there, not erect and repair fences unless it was specified in your lease and you have written permission from the landlord.
quite possible you could be held responsible because you erected it.

When i try to import the spreadsheet into Access, it places the entire address in one field instead of separating it out by company name, street, city, state, zip. I want to know how to manipulate it so that it will separate the information out. Or how can i copy and paste directly into Access? Someone please help!

You will always have the macro option to play with it, but that will requires you to give more info
If you like mail me some details and I will be happy to do it for free
but
You can do this in Excel before copy and paste
use this lesson to transpose the 4 rows into 4 columns
http://file1.net/lesson.asp?id=14

and then do the copy and paste

yeah, VBAXLMan is back
