In my area of instruction I would consider combining both the Concept Attainment model, student teams – achievement divisions (STAD) and the Jigsaw II model. I would begin by introducing the concept of ethical leadership using the concept attainment model. I would introduce examples and non examples of situations in which the leader of a company or organization behaved in an ethical or unethical manner. Through a brief discussion the students would list the characteristics of those represented in the examples and then those in the non examples. I would then offer alternatives that challenge a few of their chosen characteristics and from there we would modify their ideas to satisfy the examples.
