Outdoor Solar Lights – Gaining Momentum?
Very recently, my neighborhood lost electricity (power) due to high wind and severe rain. As the darkness enveloped my neighborhood that night, some thing strange was happening!
Some homes had bright bulbs shining every where, including their lawns, gardens and walkways; they had put up outdoor solar lights, months and weeks before. Where as some were in pitch darkness. Could this be the issue of who have money and who have not? The poor and the rich? The smart and the fools? You be the judge. But the fact is; the only prestigious and elegant homes that nights where the ones with bright lights. What else? I wondered which homes the thieves preferred to visit that night. Homes with outdoor solar lights? All the grannies and gram-pa’s could not go too far from their beds. Kids? I can still hear them say that life that night was boring. A good time to give them a lesson on Solar Power. It is alright to call it green living! Now, weeks after this blackout,outdoor solar lights has gained momentum.
