		<description>In IE7, go to Tools and then down to Internet Options. Click on the Security Tab.

Click on the &#039;Restricted Sites&#039; icon on the right. Then click on the Sites button directly below and add the URL&#039;s you wish you block. Simple as that. :-)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
