I have been using Bank of America on-line for quite some time and now I am unable to get into it. Do you have any information on how I can clear this up? I have been to the bank and still I can’t access it.
Try calling the number. It should be on their website. I went throughthe same thing, and afer calling, it turns out that they (not me) decided to give me a new username…
