The term ‘plyometrics’ is probably the most overused and misunderstood term in the sports training/fitness industry.

Most of the information available on plyometrics is outdated and downright WRONG.

The internet is full of great information, but it’s also full of BAD information.

This ‘bad’ information on plyos has resulted in many athletes getting injured while performing plyometric exercises and drills.
